The photos, clips and text you add remain yours. We claim no ownership of the videos you make. You are responsible for having the right to use whatever you import, and for what you publish.
The free plan exports at 720p, up to 60 seconds, three videos a day, with a watermark. Pro removes those limits and unlocks the full template library, 1080p, three-minute videos, voice-over and logo stickers. "Unlimited" exports are subject to fair use so one account cannot monopolise the render queue.
Pro is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is taken by the App Store or Google Play at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings; we cannot cancel on your behalf. Refunds are handled under Apple's and Google's policies.
The included library is public domain or Creative Commons Attribution. You may use it in videos you make with the app, including commercially. Where a track requires credit, you must include the credit line the app shows you. Music you import yourself is your responsibility.
Exports and captions depend on our render servers. We aim to keep them available but do not promise uninterrupted service, and we may change or withdraw features. Material changes will be noted in the app.
The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for content you publish. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.
