Captions are made from the speech in your clip. Background music, several people talking at once, or a very short clip all reduce accuracy. Pick the language explicitly instead of Auto, and remember every caption is editable afterwards.

In the app: open the menu, tap your name, then Delete my account and confirm. This removes your account, your email address and your export history from our servers immediately. Videos already saved to your phone stay on your phone, and a lifetime purchase remains attached to your App Store or Google Play account.
If you cannot open the app, email info@getpropvid.com from the address you signed up with and we will delete it within seven days.
